The Sedona's Vortex meditation site that is best for inward meditations for healing old hurts, and easing grief. An Inflow area (also referred to as Magnetic or Feminine). It aids in prayers and reflections where going inward is a key aspect of what you want to accomplish in your meditation. Visitors may also feel that the waters help them to release old hurts and nurture new growth. The babbling brook sounds also have stress reduction benefits.
Pet Friendly Notes
Pets on a leash are allowed.
Recreational Opportunities
There are reflection sites on the banks of Oak Creek as soon as you enter the area, as well as for miles to the North. Many people prefer to follow the trails to walk upstream a ways, for being able to reflect and contemplate next to the creek, but away from the more crowded areas. For lead spiritual activities and/or guided yoga, a Guide that has a Permit with the Red Rock Ranger District is required, as Red Rock Crossing is in the Coconino National Forest.
