ADA Accessibility Notes

Turquoise Tortoise Gallery is located on the ground floor of Hozho and is easily accessible from the courtyard parking lot/sculpture gallery between the two Hozho buildings. A large parking lot is behind the building for others or for access to the galleries on the 2nd floor of Hozho.

Founded in 1971 Turquoise Tortoise Gallery moved to Sedona in 1981 and has anchored the heart of the Gallery District, at Hozho, since then. The gallery represents top Native American and Southwest artists and jewelers, offering a dynamic outlet for some of the finest Navajo jewelers and artists working today as well as jewelers and artists from other regional tribes. The gallery has represented some of its artists for decades - even as those artists have become internationally known. The gallery also represents several generations of some of its Native American artists. The gallery carries original paintings, sculpture in stone and bronze, hand-woven Zapotec rugs, meticulously hand-crafted ceremonial war bonnet and war shirt recreations, pottery, wood carvings, authentic Zuni fetishes and an extensive collection of jewelry in both traditional and contemporary designs from top Native American and Southwest artists. Visit any day of the week and meet our knowledgeable, professional staff.
